Ghost Tours of Amelia Island considers refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Because of the nature of our business we are unable to offer refunds for any reason except inclement weather which we decide upon.

Inclement weather includes:

• Thunder & Lightning.
• Heavy Rains of 0.4″ / hour or more.
• High winds over 20 MPH.
• Or other events which we determine would ruin the event.

Light rain showers, cold, or hot are typically not considered inclement weather. We will contact you in the event of a weather related event to let you know of any cancellations and offer an opportunity to book for another day or time.
